Whole Carob
09-22 cm in length, Algerian carob pods have a dark brown color and contain around 12 tiny beans inside. The pods take a full year to develop and ripe.
When fallen to the ground, the carob harvest starts! The pods are crushed to obtain kibbled carob, carob flour carob seeds.
