A 100% natural ingredient, carob powder is a low fat and a high fiber product. Obtained once kibbled carob is processed. This product can be procured in different colors; light brown, brown and dark brown. Carob powder is used to make chocolate, ice cream and so many bakery products as a substitute of cocoa powder.
